Return & Exchange Policy

Although we dispatch every single order after due confirmation from the customer regarding the product, color and size. Furthermore we try our level best to ensure the real presentation of the product and its prominent features through the use of professional equipment in a realistic environment as much as practicable.


Despite all these facts, if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product or is not convinced to their satisfaction level about any feature of the product, they can exchange the product (of the same price) through following steps:

  • They would inform us through a phone call at +92 42 37801524 about the problem
  • They shall send us the product back through courier (at customer’s expense) at our Official Address: ANZAY – Office No. 6, 3rd Floor, Shalimar Plaza, Moon Market, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.
  • We shall dispatch the exchange product after receiving the previous one which shall be delivered to the customer in due course of time. OR
  • If convenient, they can visit any of our outlets – after informing the Head Office (for the sake of official approval – and their product (of same price) would be exchanged.


No product shall be returned and Cash paid back in any case other than the clear fault on part of ANZAY (wherein the case shall be reviewed and approval granted by the Management about acceptance or rejection of the claim by the customer)
