Here's how you can place your order:

  2. Order by Phone: If you prefer, you can also call ANZAY Jewellery Customer Service at +92 300 8467674 or +92 331 8467674   (9 am – 5 pm) to place your order. Our agents will be delighted to assist you.
  3. Confirmation Process: After the order is placed,  You will then have the opportunity to reconfirm, modify, or cancel your order. Once reconfirmed, we will send you an SMS and/or email containing a unique reference number. Please use this reference number for any future correspondence or to track your order.
  4. Dispatch and Delivery: Once your order is reconfirmed, it will be dispatched from ANZAY Jewellery Head Office in Lahore. You can expect to receive your order in 2-4 business days.
  5. As per our policy, you must pay the Courier agent before receiving and opening the sealed Payment: package containing your order.
  6. Customer Support: If you have any concerns or comments upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately, mentioning the reference number, so that we can ensure your satisfaction.

  • Once the package is opened, the courier agent will no longer accept returns.
  • At ANZAY Jewellery, we maintain a strict no-return policy. However, we do provide a 7-day exchange policy, but only in the event of a manufacturing fault with the product. If you encounter any issues with your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, we will be pleased to assist you with an exchange for another item. Kindly note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all relevant documentation.
